The hot water tap on my shower has stopped working properly. When I twist the hot water handle, only a very small amount of water comes out. Cold water still works normally. This started recently 2 days ago, no visible leaks. Looking for someone to inspect, repair/replace the tap or internal valve if needed.

I've got a couple of heating/hot water issues. 1) The radiators in my flat aren't giving out any heat 2) The hot water in one bathroom doesn't get properly hot, unlike the hot water in the other bathroom (which gets very hot). Apparently the thermostatic valve might need replacing?

New shower was installed, hot water worked fine initially, but the shower mixer needs readjustment as there is less hot water and the temperature controlling dial is loose

The hot water will run hot then cut out and be cold, then run hot briefly and then cold again when running a bath. Last winter after a boiler service, they thought the issue could be the water overheating. The problem stopped in the summer when we weren't using central heating, but is back now. I need someone to help build a portable hot water source. I am wanting to connect an instant hot water system to a pump and shower head. The water would be coming from a water tank on wheels, either a water cooler or a water tank on dollys. It would need to be moveable as the water source to refill it is by a door. It would also need decent pressure as it will be to wash hair so a good pump is needed.
