Looking for an experienced underfloor heating specialist, ideally someone who has worked with older Uponor C-56 wireless control systems. The controller serves three wireless room thermostats, none of which are communicating with it. Engineers have already attempted a reset, tested a replacement antenna and tried pairing a new thermostat, all unsuccessfully. The controller still activates individual heating zones during its normal 10-minute manual test cycle. Specifically looking for someone to diagnose the fault and repair the existing controller if possible, or recommend and install a compatible replacement control system while retaining the existing manifold and pipework. Please only respond if you have experience with Uponor or similar wireless underfloor heating systems. Located in Clapham SW4. Initial budget is for diagnosis and possible minor repair; replacement parts and installation to be quoted separately.

I’m looking for a quote for installing a Nest Learning thermostat, 3rd Gen. I have a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28CDi Compact ErP currently using a Comfort II RF. I want the Comfort II RF removed and a 3rd-generation Nest Learning Thermostat Heat Link installed using the boiler’s 230 V switched-live room thermostat connection. The Heat Link can be mounted beside the boiler.

Currently have a Tado smart heating system with wireless thermostat and smart radiator valves. I want to switch back to conventional heating setup and would also need replacement parts supplied and installed.

This is from my tenant: "I am afraid I am having issues with the water temperature since the day I moved in. The hot water in the shower comes on for approximately 1 minute and then it goes stone cold 😕 I noticed the taps of the bathroom sink and kitchen sink are also a bit unpredictable, with not a consistent flow of hot/warm water. But the shower is the biggest issue. Could someone have a look at it please? Also, not sure if relevant, but it appears the boiler is also leaking, which could also potentially be dangerous." The boiler is a Worcester Greenstar 28i JUNIOR combi Mk V Condensing Boiler. I've attached a picture of the boiler pressure. Worth noting is that this has happened a few times in the past year and every time I've paid someone to bring the pressure back, only for the hot water to stop again a few months later. It was also serviced last year in October. So now I am looking for someone to actually fix the boiler not just bring the pressure back temporarily.

Need boiler pressure fixing. Current there is an alert on the f22 and it reads 0.5 bar. The hot water isn’t working, so ideally if somebody could come asap to fix.

I have two Air conditioning unit that needs servicing and probably top up of gas. Due date: ASAP

Two jobs in one visit 1) Annual maintenance for a Vaillant EcoTEC plus 825 combi boiler, almost 8 years old but had no issues so far, and radiator balancing (4 downstairs, 2 upstairs). 2) We have 2 Nests (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) installed. Both were working fine but the upstairs Nest has stopped controlling the radiators. The thermostat and the heat link have been restarted and reset back to factory settings. It is connected to the wifi and the green light is on but it's not controlling the Nest. We have a Nest Third Generation Smart Thermostat & Hot Water Control. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 31 October 2023

I would like someone to install a Tado Wireless Smart Thermostat who is certified to do the wiring into the boiler as I rent out as a short term rental. I am happy to install the smart bridge and put up the thermostat but not to do the internal boiler wiring. The boiler is a Valiant Eco combi boiler and has not had an external thermostat installed before. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 4 October 2023
