Hi there I have a metal from gate that needs sanding down and painting with hammer right paint.

My side gate was nailed to wooden beams but I forgot to lock it one day and strong winds pulled it out from the beams. Everything is still intact, it just needs taking out and nailing back on again.

One side will be a bannister and the other side is a brick wall. There are already some holes in the wall with the plugs there from a previous owner so you should be fine to re-use them but if not you may need to drill.
