I am looking for someone experienced in exterior painting to prepare and repaint the following at my property: 2 external doors 2 large wooden gates Timber conservatory (external wood only) Scope of work: Rub down/sand all timber surfaces to provide a good key for painting Remove any loose or flaking paint where necessary Apply the supplied exterior paint to all surfaces, ensuring a neat, even finish Materials: I will supply the paint only You will need to provide all other materials and equipment, including sandpaper, brushes, rollers, dust sheets, masking tape, fillers (if required) and any access equipment needed. Then install fence on top of the coal box round to the facing wall on the right. The main job would be to install the fence posts which would need to be drilled into the concrete base. Tools and materials can be provided. Total fence and gate to coal box round- 2.3m approx Side gate - 0.8m approx Coal box fencing (half) - 2.1 x 1.1m approx Rubble will be cleared prior to works.

One of our gates is stuck open and no longer responds to the remote, the other gate on the driveway is still functioning as normal. We do not have the manual release key and all the sensors are clean, has previously occured when the sliding gate was obstructed by leaves or debris and last repairman managed to fix in 10 minutes so seems relatively easy.
