Find a professional gate installation in Hampshire

We need a keypad lock supplied and fitted to an external gate We need a different gate adjusted We need some pantry shelves cut and fitted in a pantry cupboard

We have had a water leak through the ceiling above our second-floor bay window during heavy rain. The leak appears as water droplets coming through a crack/joint in the ceiling directly around the bay window area. We have checked the accessible loft space but cannot see any obvious signs of water ingress there. We suspect the issue may be with the bay window roof, flashing, parapet/coping, guttering or the junction with the main roof, but we would like someone experienced to properly diagnose the source. The bay roof itself is not accessible from the loft, so it will need to be inspected externally. The pic attached is the picture of our old lock in a wooden fence. Unfortunately during the whole summer it does not lock anumore likely due to the wood shrinking. I wanted to change it into another lock that hopefully will still lock despite the weather.

Help to lift and install 2 driveway gates.

1) remove a gate lock, and install another pre purchased one in its place (will need drilling etc to make space for the key cylinder) 2) install a small pre purchased doorbell (will require 2 small holes drilled) 3) install a small pre purchased post box onto the wall (will require drilling) 4) install a pre purchased bicycle locking mount into the ground (will require 4 holes to be drilled) I do not own any drill or equivalent equipment , so will need to be brought with.

My electric gate can only be opened by a remote or from the house. I want it to be progammed so it will open when a car approaches it and close after it. - Due date: Flexible
