Landscaping & Paving Work Required I’m looking for a professional to carry out landscaping and paving work on one my property management Scope of Work: 1. Patio Extension An extension of the existing patio area is needed. This involves adding 4 additional rows of standard 44.5 x 44.5 cm slabs (similar to the ones available at B&Q). The work should include: Preparing the ground Laying a new sub-base Applying sand and cement screed to properly support the new slabs 2. Garden Renovation The rest of the garden, approximately 9m x 6m, needs to be renovated. This includes: Digging out and removing excess soil Re-levelling the area with fresh topsoil Laying new lawn grass Note: Once the patio is extended, the grass area will be slightly smaller. Materials: I can either provide all the necessary materials, or you can supply everything. If you supply both labour and materials, I’m will pay not more of £1000 for the complete job.
