We are moving to a new apartment, need someone with a van to move few furniture (not many), distance between buildings-5/7 min

I have a 3 person futon (with mattress) that needs to be moved to a neighbouring flat. I don't know how to disassemble it and it won't fit through the door without disassembly first. Then it needs to be transported down the hall to a neighbouring flat an reassembled. The neighbouring flat needs to have the sofa that is there removed and taken to waste disposal/recycling. I also have a large dining table&six chairs that need to be disassembled/removed to waste/recycling. Very heavy, will need 2 people to carry it. Definitely needs 2 people. A small TV unit- waste/recycling. An unassembled very heave TV unit that could probably go to a charity to be honest. Console table for waste/ recycling. Probably some other small bits and pieces. Really looking for two people that have waste licenses, are comfortable to with disassembly and reassembly of furniture, and are relaxed. Happy to discuss. Photos are just to indicate what the futon and sofa roughly look like. HAVE NOW EDITED TASK TO INCLUDE COST OF DISPOSAL.
