Handyman needed in Twyford (Sonning Eye area), approx 1-2 hours, week of 26 October — ideally Monday 26 October, flexible on day that week. Just two jobs now: 1. Unscrew and remove a fitted-style desk/counter unit with drawers from beneath a wall mirror, approx 2m wide, and dispose of it. 2. Move a large, very heavy mirrored sliding-door wardrobe into that now-empty space (same room). Mirrored doors will need lifting off their tracks before moving — this is a two-person lift, please bring a second person. That's it — no bed move, no wardrobe doors to remove for painting, and no second/return visit needed anymore (those parts are postponed). Please confirm in your offer: (a) you can bring a second person, (b) disposal of the counter unit is included, and (c) which day week of 26 Oct you can do. Toddler will be at nursery during the work.

Looking for someone experienced with IKEA flat-pack furniture assembly for a new office. There are several items to assemble, including office/storage furniture, a conference table, chairs and smaller items. All furniture will be delivered to the office beforehand. Hi, I need 4 x wardrobes Pax IKEA wardrobes built. Ideally you would could start ASAP and be finished ahead of Monday. I attach photos for the measurements.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to complete the following: Assemble an IKEA KALLAX shelving unit. Position the shelving inside a van on an existing wooden counter. Attach a Foamex side panel to one face of a wooden angle bracket using suitable adhesive. Drill and securely fix the bottom face of the wooden bracket into the counter. Ensure everything is straight, stable and safely secured for the van to travel. Please bring all appropriate tools for furniture assembly, drilling and installation. Experience working with Foamex, timber and vehicle interiors would be ideal.
