It will be laminate herringbone style flooring. The floor space in the living room is 4.20 x 3.70m. The entrance way is about 1.5m x 1.5m.

Looking for a handyperson to carry out three small repairs at a property: 1. Bedroom door handle – The outer door handle is loose/broken and keeps coming apart even after being screwed back in. It needs to be properly repaired or replaced if necessary. 2. Bathroom extractor fan – The extractor in the first-floor bathroom makes a noise and the motor/rotor appears to be running, but there are no fan blades attached. As a result, it isn’t extracting odours or air properly. Please inspect and repair or replace the extractor fan as needed. 3. Loose stair/landing carpet – The carpet leading up to two of the bedrooms is coming loose/slipping out and could be a trip or slip hazard. It needs to be properly secured back into place. Ideally looking for someone who can assess and complete all three jobs in one visit. Please bring the necessary tools. If replacement parts are required, please let me know what is needed.

we have installed a new central heating system at a property and we need some laminate flooring laid/glued back down please

The two layers of what was under the LVT. The chipboard and the this plywood on top have totally rotted away due to water damage. The cross members beneath seem fine due to a plastic sheet layer. I need this rotten floor removing and replacing. I will be laying new LVT on top. All materials will be supplied, labour and expertise only.

Fit a new mirror,toilet roll holder and 2 small shelves to a tiled wall, a towel rail to the back of a door and a new light. Would need you to come round in person to take a look before carrying out the job. Work to take place on weekends only.
