Recently had a plasterer mend and patch some cracking round bottom of chimney brest and they had to remove existing skirting which snapped when removing. Replacement piece given to us and needs mitre to existing skirting already in place either side if chimney brest

Have 4 floorboards need replacing

Carpet Tiles laying in attic room. They are being layed on top of cork tiles as I want to keep these for insulation. Room size 16ft x 12ft. Room can't be fully cleared as getting furniture down the stairs will be a faff, hence why I want carpet tiles rather than a roll of carpet to be fitted. Not massive pieces of furniture in the room though as I will remove the bedframe & chest of draws as these are being dismantled anyway.

I need the skirting board replaced in the bathroom, the whole length for the three sides is around 3.6m and I also need some boxing built for the piping around the toilet (boxing that fits around the pipes), rather than what is around it currently. Thank you
