Project Details & Measurements: • Layout: A multi-level design featuring a side walkway leading to a main raised platform and integrated steps. • Side Walkway: 2.55m (Length) x 1.67m (Width). • Main Platform: 4.44m (Width) x 2.00m (Depth). • Steps: 1.00m wide access point (approx. 4–5 steps total). • Specifics: Must be fitted around existing plumbing, an external tap • There is a middle section that is on gas lifters (like a car boot) to access the basement door • Waste Removal: Quote should include the removal and disposal of all old decking materials. Timing: I am looking for site visits and final quotes to be conducted between March 27th and March 31st, 2026. Requirements: • Proven experience with split-level decking and step construction. • Public Liability Insurance. • Please provide photos of previous similar projects in your offer. Need new skirting boards put round my living room to match the house
