Looking for current laminate & beading in the lounge to be ripped up & replaced with new, including underlay. Also looking for lounge to be painted but can be separate job. Although we're M1, access is easy as we're just off the inner ring road (Gt Ancoats St) and there's secure parking immediately outside the house (own entry/exit, not an apartment).

Sanding down of previously damp skirting board with regloss and touch up of white paint. resealing of shower area (one cubicle). removal of 5 shower brackets that hold shower products (glued on), then replaced with our new brackets... we have strong glue ready to go already. We've done one bracket already (golden) . Although small tasks we lack the timeto do ourselvesso would like to hire a local handyman for these, and potentially future jobs too. Gym setting (V1BE Mosley Street). Flexible on day/time, however ideally ASAP.

Carpets have been pulled back for fitted wardrobes to be installed, carpets need to be reinstated/cut around the newly built wardrobes, preferably with new grippers. Approximately 5m in length around the wardrobes in 3 bedrooms. Hopefully I have explained that clearly!

To install 32m2 of herringbone flooring and underlay to cover the downstairs of a property. Each piece is 15mm 400x90mm Ideally the glueing method, not floating. Kitchen, small lobby and small living room. Will have to work around the existing kitchen units. All materials will be supplied by me such as the flooring, underlay and glue. The flooring will go to the walls as skirting would have been removed.
