I need to replace a doorframe and fire door door and possibly three more fire doors and doorframes and need the front door frame replaced and maybe the front door if it can not be saved. Will need to get materials as well. ASAP

We would like five internal doors and one fire door fitted. We would want someone to come and visit our flat to take measurements and check condition of the door frames. On your advise we would order the doors and take the job forward. we also have free parking available.

Several need new routing and intumescent strips, along with adjustments to close perfectly, or replacement fire rated hinges. Full Details below: • The self closing device needs adjusting on the following fire doors: o to the lounge o to room 5 • The combined intumescent strip and smoke seal is missing to: o the top of the door to room 1 o the top and part of the side of the door to room 4 o part of the side of the door to room 6 o the top of the door to room 7 • The door to the kitchen only has 2 small hinges and no combined intumescent strip and smoke seal. Please change hinges. • Room 2 & 6 don't close fully, needs trimming fitting to allow closure. • There is a hole in the fire door to room 6 where the old lock used to be, please fill and cover. • The fire door to room 7 is not closing due to the thick carpet underneath, needs trimming. - Install a thumb-turn lock to the sliding doors leading to the garden in room 2 to enable the tenant to exit the property in the event of an emergency without the use of a key. - Re-secure the thumb turn lock to the door to room 7. -1. The extractor fan in the bathroom in room 5 is not working. Repair or replace this extractor fan ensuring that it is fitted with a 20 minute overrun or is automatically operated via a humidity sensor. - Loft hatches must provide at least 30 minutes fire resistance to the ceiling structure along the means of escape for the property. This can be achieved by fixing a 6mm minimum fire protective board and all joints to be filled with a fire resisting compound. Ensure secure closure when shut. - The gas meter, electric meter and distribution board should ideally not be sited in the escape route. If it is not possible to move this equipment, it should be enclosed in 30 minute fire resisting construction. - Fireboard underside to room 1 cupboard or find a solution to seal cupboard.

We have two doorframes, both 761mm x 1965mm, that require FD30 fire doors fitted, one preferably glazed but that isn't fully required. Sourcing the doors is not something we are confident in, let alone installing them ourselves.

I am looking for someone to replace 3 regular doors with fd30 firedoors into the existing frames (they are all regular sized 762x1980) The new doors have already been purchased and will need to be routed to allow for 10mm intumescent strips. We would also need to have overhead door closers and new handles and latches fitted and hinges changed to fire rated hinges. The door stops will also have to be changed. All fixtures, fittings, doorstops and doors have been purchased and are on site. These 3 doors are all on the ground floor and there is easy access to the secure garden where there is lots of space to work on the doors. Also there is the potential to discuss fitting of further doors after. I am quite flexible with the date, but would prefer the weekend of the 15/16th of February if possible. (Sorry if you may have seen this task before, but the project had to be delayed due to a door arriving damaged and not having a chance to reply before the task expired - but now we are ready to go)
