Installation of alarm system for a semidetached house

I need 3 motion sensors and 4 fire alarms removed from my flat. One is a communal fire alarm so I'm not sure how easily it can be removed, so this can be up for discussion as I don't have professional insight.

I need a battery replaced in a fire alarm, as it's chirping every minute and driving me mad. But I don't have the equipment to reach it. I need someone who has a ladder to come and reach it, tell me what battery I need, wait for me to buy it (diy shop is around the corner) and to replace it for me.

My budget is negotiable, materials supplied but I would need your advice. I would need, upon completion, a certificate of installation and commissioning and logbook to the user in accordance with fire regulations. In description below: GF=Ground Floor, FF=First Floor, 2F=2nd Floor "Front"=As you face the building from the pavement/street. Description: This is a typical high-street building with shop on GF. GF has a laundrette (shop) and has its own fire panel which will need to be interconnected to the new fire panel for the flats above. Flat C is on FF and Flat D is on 2F. Both flats are reached from the Front via a side street door next to shop and have communal hallway and stairs. The shop fire panel can be reached by drilling through the hallway wall. The new fire alarm system for the flats above should be a Grade A panel system to BS5839:2029 +A1:2020. This panel must interconnect with GF shop's existing panel . Following are the requirements: Communal Areas =============== SMOKE detector / sounder in both parts of GF hallway SMOKE detector / sounder on FF landing HEAT detector / sounder in FF Flat C hallway HEAT detector in 2F Flat D above landing Flat C is on FF =============== Grade D1 alarms (mains power, interconnected) (completely separate from communal system and flat D) HEAT alarm in kitchen SMOKE alarm in Living Room SMOKE alarms in each bedroom and boxroom (3 rooms) Flat D is on 2F =============== Grade D1 alarms (mains power, interconnected) (completely separate from communal system and flat C) HEAT alarm in kitchen SMOKE alarms in each bedroom and boxroom (3 rooms) SMOKE alarm to upper landing

The lock on our front door to our unit is loose and needs tightening. The blind chain has snapped and needs to be put back into the blind Fire alarm needs to be put together

I need a Grade D fire detection system with L3 coverage installed in my flat in Kensington. I would need upon completion 'a certificate of installation and commissioning and logbook to the user in accordance with BS 5839: Part 6.'

Hi there, this is a multi task job: 1. My boiler (ecotec pro 24) needs to have a wireless thermostat installed. I've mapped out location of where it should be installed. I will separately buy the thermostat. 2. I've bought 2nos. "FireAngel Optical smoke alarms 10 year batter life" to be installed in the lower and upper hallways. The lower hallway currently has a disfunctioning one that needs removing first - not sure if it is wired or battery powered. If wired, to be terminated properly. 3. A small cabinet door came off.
