Bathroom The bathroom has an extractor that turns on and off with the lights. This means that it is not removing the moisture caused by showering from the room. Adjust the extractor to run on for at least ten minutes after the lights are extinguished. Kitchen There is a cooker hood fitted but it does not vent to the outside. It is hard to vent the cooker hood so fit an extractor to the external wall. Use a unit that is operated by a humidistatic switch. The switch turns on the light but the dimmer doesn’t work. Normally by turning it either left or right the lights gets brighter or darker.

H! Are you available for the fix of electric (motorolised) blinds by blocblinds? When we get the platform / tubus with the roller inside out of ceiling, unscrewed it to stick the white blind to the black, the roller was working and taking the blind. But when the platform is being hung on the top of window and we press the button at remote controller to roll it in back, the blind doesn’t come in. So it seems something is in the roller’s way when the platform is being hung, like squeezing the roller. Can you confirm you’re able to pick this task based in your experience with the motorolised / electric blinds? I need an electrician, halogen bulbs have gone out

Smoke alarm battery needs changing. It’s on a high landing ceiling 3.3 metres tall and I don’t have a tall enough ladder. You will need to bring a long ladder, use a flat headed screwdriver (which I will provide) to remove the alarm from the ceiling, replace the battery (which I will provide) and then refit the alarm into place.

Whenever I turn on my bathroom light's, the fuse trips. I need an electrician to assess the issue and fix it. Parking is available in my building. Light fittings are fireproof lights.
