The work required includes: * Install a new 63A three-phase submain * Approx. 35m of 16mm² 5-core SWA cable * Install a new three-phase TP&N distribution board * Install appropriate protection and a 3-phase MID meter/enclosure * Run a dedicated three-phase circuit for a pottery kiln * Install a 5-pin industrial connection/socket for the kiln * Transfer 3 existing ring-main circuits from the current single-phase consumer unit to the new three-phase board, with one ring allocated per phase * All required glands, cleats, fixings, labels and cable management * Full testing, commissioning and electrical certification on completion The kiln’s final electrical rating will be confirmed according to the manufacturer’s requirements. I’m looking for someone who is properly qualified and experienced with commercial three-phase installations, ideally someone who has previously worked with pottery kilns or similar high-load equipment. Looking for a qualified and experienced electrician to install two ceiling lights and complete some electrical work. One light is for the living room and is quite heavy, so it will need to be installed safely with the correct support. The ceiling will need to be checked to locate a suitable beam or secure fixing point, as I want to make sure it is properly supported and safe. The second light is for the bedroom. This is a lightweight flush ceiling light that sits directly against the ceiling, so it should be a simpler installation. I also have some outdoor wall lights that are already fitted but require the correct electrical connection to make them work.
