CDA dishwasher lights up but lights up saying it needs salt in it. ive tried it, replaced the little door but pressing other buttons does nothing. ive tried a bunch of combination of buttons. Might be a PCB needs replacing or salt tank looking at. Thing doesn't do anything, wont start at all. Been like that since been in the flat

I turned the stopcock off when I went away for a weekend as the flat below me complained of a leak (my flat turned out not to be the cause) - when I got back I turned the water back on and since then the dishwasher won't work. The water flow light is on and the internet is strongly suggesting this is an issue with water not getting to the dishwasher. Inlet hose issue? I don't know. But the dishwasher is jammed tight under the kitchen units so not sure how to even get to it. Any specialists?!

I need a person to be able to remove the kitchen unit, including frame, drill holes for electrical plug and hoses for water flow and drainage. The issue is the frame currently makes the gap too small so will need modifications to remove the unit.
