Looking for a reliable handyman to clean, sand and re-oil or varnish our wooden garden decking in W11. It’s a back patio with timber decking, and a matching raised flower bed. approx. 20-30 sq metres. Last redone 2 years ago and while the wood is in good condition, it needs a refresh before the summer. Would like someone who can bring all their own tools and supply the oil or varnish (I’m not sure what the difference is). Ideally with a sander as well. We have a small pressure washer (see photos).

Hi, I'm looking to get some decking boards lifted so I can investigate a potential hole at the vents. I anticipate about 5-10 boards needing lifting. The screws may be worn, so need someone with experience to pop out the screws without damaging the boards as I'll put them back after.
