Start date 21 August - Labour only Looking for a skilled and reliable team to carry out painting and light decorative work across a 3-bedroom flat in West Hampstead. I’ll be supplying all materials (paint, cornicing, curtain tracks) — but you’ll need to bring the necessary tools and handle full installation/labour. Living Room Scope 1. Painting Walls: TV wall in Farrow & Ball Green Smoke Remaining walls and ceiling in a warm off-white Skirtings, window trims etc. in similar white Prepare all surfaces, including sanding where necessary 2. Cornicing Install lightweight polymer coving along all living room walls Cut/fit cleanly around window area and corners Paint to match ceiling Must allow space for concealed curtain track 3. Curtain Track Installation Install double curtain track along approx. 400 cm of the window wall Track may need to be mounted into ceiling and concealed behind new cornicing Precision and symmetry important — one side of the wall is blocked by fitted furniture Rest of Flat 1. Painting Rooms include 3 very small bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and hallway — painting only. 2. Please ignore budget - looking for quotes from plasterers/decorators experienced with plaster cornice (not the plastic version) Looking to put cornice in our living area/dining. We would supply materials, then it would need to be cut/fitted. It is approx 40.00lm (28 corners). Need to see if all the corners are needed (for example around the stairs). If you have experience in this, would love to hear from you! Any links to previous work welcome.

The wardrobe to be fixed on the wall (Ikea Pax already builded). Cornice, plinth and End Panel to be fixed. The carpenter has to have the machine to cut the cornice in an angle.

Hi, I need approx 100m2 to be painted (two layers of medium grey Dulux paint, 2 bedrooms and corridor) and 55m2 (two layers of off white, living room and kitchen) and 15m2 (2 layers of light yellow, entrance hall). We are based in Hornsey. The price is for labour and any other materials needed. We have purchased Dulux matt paint so this it out of scope. Need to have it done between 12-19th April.
