I have two lamps that need fixing. They are meant to be touch lamps with three settings of brightness, but they only go to the lowest level of light then die quickly.

Intercom needs moving upstairs ideally or leave current one as it is and install second one upstairs if possible and turn the volume down on current one if possible as it is too loud

Dig and remove approximately 4 cubic metres of garden topsoil from rear garden. Volume is 4.7m wide x 1.5m long x 0.6m depth. There is direct access to the garden via a driveway at the side of the house. The driveway is large enough to accomodate a 6-yard skip or a large van/small truck.

Currently the intercom is downstairs and it’s too loud for my dads ears as he’s had an operation and it affects his ears severely so we would like to move the intercom upstairs if possible and get a new intercom to which isn’t so loud as current one and also the rest of the family members sleep upstairs so it makes complete sense for it to be upstairs. Hello I need someone to paint my house upsairs 3 bedrooms (2 medium and 1 small). Upstairs hallway, and staircase wall. And upstairs 3 bedrooms, hallway and bathroom ceilings. Only on 8th April starts at 2pm. I will pay only £150.00 cash once the job is done.

We need to make a room pest proof by installing a reinforced rubber barrier on a door. We already own the barrier. The problem is also that the room has a laminate floor, while the corridor doesn't, and that allows for gaps despite the barrier being on. We need to extend the laminate floor (just by 10 cm or so) in order to avoid gaps. The space is quite old, it's a portacabin from the '80, so the priority is to avoid gaps in the floor in order to allow proper cleaning as well as proofing the room from pests, rather than perfect aesthetics. We have one piece of laminate left (about 80/90cm long) that could be used for the patch up job and we already have the barrier to install on the door. The barrier needs to be cut to size and is rubber reinforced with wire.

Randomly had an issue where the upstairs landing light won't turn off, we have flicked the light switch on and off and it won't go off. Sometimes when we turn it off it flickers but never truly goes off
