Skirting boards Fill/repair visible gaps at skirting board joints recently installed Apply decorator’s caulk where needed between skirting and wall Touch up/repaint affected areas in white Make the corners and joins look neat and professionally finished 2. Floor transition/threshold strips Install 2 door threshold/transition trims between marble/tile flooring and laminate/wood flooring The transition strips are already purchased and but they would need to be cut. Secure and finish them neatly so there are no visible gaps or movement. Photos attached but any questions can be answered

i have a swing set installed in fake grass on top of sand and gravel with no proper hard ground/soil underneath. the swing legs keep on coming out, weve tried anchors and tried cement but its still coming out

Hi, i need someone with patience and that can help fix a botched job in dagenham of attaching a stair runner to the top 3 steps on a corner. The rest is done perfectly. Please give reasonable quotes. I have a whole runner and plenty of carpet to work with. The last image is what it should look like. I just need 2 pieces cut out and stapled/glued on a smaller piece attached on.

The fire doors are already hung but no smoke seal strips have been installed . One door is in e70ar and the other door is in e153dp. Only 15 mins drive , I can drive you to the other location if required

I need a handyman to restore my wooden kitchen worktop and redo the silicone seals. Sanding, painting and filling cracks, mostly in windows. Cutting and fitting a new bottom trim to a window Using an electric sander (I can supply) to remove varnish and sealant from two counter tops, fixing any minor imperfections with wood filler, applying oil (2 coats) and new sealant as required Painting one room, walls only (4x3m) Recognise that drying times will require repainting / applying oil on day 2/3

NEEDS TO BE TODAY Our power keeps intermittently going out for hours at a time, then will be fine, then happen again. Nothing seems to be amiss on the fuse box, and the power to the other businesses and residents in the building is fine. Need someone to investigate the problem!
