1 bedroom flat in need of serious cleaning we allowed a friend to stay in our flat for 4 months while we went travelling and they have basically ruined it, it needs effectively gutting, most things need throwing in the bin, and then the flat needs cleaning, It is one small bedroom, One living room, one bathroom One kitchen and a small hallway. I basically need somebody who can sort it without judgment, I can only imagine what he was doing in our flat to have caused so much mess and destruction, the ideal person will have experience in cleaning in potentially hazardous situations, i have seen !! broken glass lying around!! !! possible evidence of drug use!! and although I couldn’t bear to be in the flat for more than a few minutes, I have seen there are potential hazards which I would like to make sure you are trained to deal with in a way that will protect your personal safety I would also need to know if and what PPE you would require and I can try to source and make available to you for the duration of the job There is no specific start deadline and I have no specific duration as long as it is done properly, all I will say it is my home and I would like to get moved back in sooner rather than later.
