Sofology are delivering a new sofa on Sat 21st Feb. It won't fit through front door so needs to go through the side entrance and up 2 spiral staircases. The staircases are tight but the sofa can be 'shuffled up' or hoisted to the levels above. I have attached photos of the area to navigate. I can't give the exact time Sofology delivery will come until closer to the day. Sofology have said that they will try to get 4 men to do the task but it is unconfirmed currently and they advised to have a specialist crew ready in case they cannot assign the right people for the task. Note: I asked for the two arms to be taken off to allow easier handling. Weight of main sofa body expected around 70kg. The sofa is Sofology Fritzrovia 4 seater if you want to check.

There are 5 of us to move a hot tub from the garden to a van. We will be able to manage but I want 1 more person in case someone doesnt show up. Please be here for 8 15am. DO NOT be late. 205kg hot tub - you to supply 2 strong men (incl driver) with waist/shoulder straps + assistance from the 3 of us. More: When hot tub was dropped off at a previous property, only 2 men carried it. No trolley, just waist straps. Since then I have moved house with the jacuzzi to 3 addresses + a storage facility. To get the hot tub from the garden to where we can load it into the van, it will need to follow the same route it took. 3 men (including me) will support you getting the tub onto the van - and ensuring it doesn’t get scratched when rotating the corner. Prep work will be done so the fence panels are off. It then just needs to be turned on its side and walked across 2 neighbours small gardens. Then it will be rotated 90 degrees and carried along the side of the house down a narrow path. Total journey is less than 50m Half of it can be on a trolley (or ideally 2 if you have them). Half is either across grass or uneven paving stones where it needs to be carried with the straps. 2 people should be fine to carry it with straps. But if we can help (not needed before) then if you have an additional set of straps we'd be very happy to. It’s important it doesn’t feel rushed. I would estimate it will take about 20 mins to bring it round to the front The destination venue is a storage facility where we can simply put the hot tub on 2 trolleys and wheel it into the ground floor container. As it is so simple the 2 of you + me will be able to do this Pricing for 2 strong guys with a vehicle big enough. It needs to be done by 10am on either Tuesday 3rd or Wednesday 4th We do not want a team coming here and saying 'I didn't realise' - so it is ESSENTIAL you read the above carefully and kindly confirm you have: a) lots of blankets to wrap the tub in to ensure it doesn’t get scratched going round the corners.
