We are moving house and need a hand with helping unload the van. It is up one short flight of stairs, there is nothing overly heavy but some items will need two pairs of hands. There will be two of us already, but one extra person will be helpful to do it as quickly as possible. It will need to be around 9am in the morning in Hitchin. Taking the items out the van and to our front door

Heavy sofa bed needed to be moved from ground floor of house to an external studio. People at the home will not be able to help so will need two people.

I have a heavy treadmill on the first floor and I need it brought down to the ground floor. It’s ready to move - that is I’ve dismantled it - it’s just the base is very heavy and I can’t lift it on my own
