Liam is highly professional. He arrived in time as scheduled, equipped to tackle the task whatever the situation. His foresight was even more valuable than his tools. Why? Well, in his preliminary survey of the situation, based on his measurements and calculatiins, he advised against cutting the door as doing so would cause draught in the room. The carpet fitters arrived and everything was fine. I'm really grateful.
