Looking for a carpet fitter, 2 x bedrooms roughly 12.5 foot x 12.5 foot each. Underlay and edge tacks are still in place and in good condition so just need the carpet laying. Looking to have completed on Saturday 31st May (new carpet is being delivered 30th May)

Re-stretch bedroom carpet to the gripper at the door perimeter and remove excess. If needed, also stretch in all directions, including helping me to quickly removing the furniture (desk/sofa). Hoping that a carpet fitter/skilled labourer can do this very quickly with the right tools (e.g. knee kicker).

I took up the carpet on the landing to fix an electrical fault. It needs to be stretched back onto the grippers.

We would like to move out of our flat and rent it out but there are some jobs that need doing to smarten it up before we do. These jobs include: replacement of our carpet in the hallway (16x 2.5 feet approximately), put up a blind that has been pulled out the wall, replacement of bath panel, resealing of shower screen, some wall painting work pending discussion/ advice. We do not have the carpet or bath panel so ideally the contractor would arrange this. Alternatively we could arrange it before the contractor attends the job but we would require guidance as to what to order.

I need help installing a carpet gripper between my bathroom and corridor. There’s a slight change in level at one end, so might need some filling, and the door catches on the gripper when closing, so I’ve not been able to do it properly.

I rent a third-floor bedroom in Canonbury, and there’s a loud creaky floorboard in front of my en-suite that disturbs my housemate below. I’ve paid a deposit on the rental, so I’d rather not risk damaging the carpet by lifting it all. I live on a private road with plenty of free parking right outside.

I need an experienced carpet layer to lay underlay and a new carpet in a small living room -4.5x3.5 metres, which is on the second floor of the property. The carpet and underlay will be provided. All other material and equipment will be provided by yourself. The carpet pile height is 4.5mm. The space has no furniture. The job needs to be done on Wednesday 29 January after 10am by 2pm. Quotes over £250 will not be considered (and that include congestion charge and any fees paid to Airtasker). A parking permit for street parking will be arranged.

I am having fitted wardrobes installed, so I will need someone to remove them and dispose of them. I will also need the carpet to be removed where the wardrobes will be. The wardrobes are free standing and they are two double wardrobes. I have included the dimensions of the wardrobe, so you can see how much carpet needs to be removed.
