I am in the process of moving in a flat and l am looking for an experienced flooring installer to help with removing existing flooring and installing new flooring in my flat. **Scope of work:** * Remove carpet from two rooms * Remove existing flooring from hallway * Dispose of all removed materials * Install new flooring across two rooms and hallway (approx. 40 m2 total) * Ensure flooring is properly fitted, level, and finished around edges/doorways * You need to have your own tools and van to remove the rubbish, but I will supply floor that you will need to cut/trim. Need carpet repaired. Believe a tool is needed to stretch the carpet and need a wider carpet to carpet transition strip inserted. This is to baby proof our property for our young baby.

This is a two part project. First laying a sisal carpet and underlay in the living room and landing. Highlighted in yellow in the attached picture The second is laying normal carpet and underlay upstairs, two bedrooms and the upstairs landing. Highlighted in green on the photo. Unfortunately the second carpet's delivery has been delayed. It is due to arrive next week (but that is still tbc). So that part will need to be completed on a seperate day. Please ensure you have experience laying sisal/natural carpets given the specialist nature of the carpet.

I have 3 rooms +stairs/small landing that need the wallpaper removed (it's on all walls including ceiling) and prepped for painting, alongside the carpet, skirting boards and cornices being removed. I have a carpet off cut 100cm by 192cm. I would like the edges whipped so it can used as a rug

Fit new carpets (and underlay) to three bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms will need to have the carpets removed and the third (larger room) has the carpet and underlay taken off. Carpets are ordered and will be on site. Waste removal required of old carpets. Prefer experienced carpet fitters. Will not take very long but if done well we will doing the stairs and landing in due course and would like to hire the same person, so more work to come! Total carpet area is c.48m2 for the three rooms.

We’ve had a fitted wardrobe built and they had to pull back the carpet. We need to book someone to refit the carpet nice and neat around the wardrobe. Additionally, in our flat we have some nails coming out of the wooden floor. If you’re able to help secure these in the floor so they aren’t sticking out I’d be grateful and happy to pay for the extra work. I appreciate this might not be the role of a carpet fitter so no worries if not!
