My bedroom ventian blind is stuck open

The thread behind my Roman blinds has snapped. The blind is dangling on one side of the window. I need the thread fixing and reattaching.

Made to measure blinds, old ones removed already, 3 upstairs and a bay window downstairs

The chain that pulls the blind up and down has come off two blinds in the bedroom
