Fix skirting board as it was damaged by a flooring company. It’s a small job and needs to be replaced and painted if needed.

I need someone to repair a section of damaged wall/skirting board in my home. The issue appears to be damage near the bottom corner of the wall. The skirting board is broken and parts of the plaster have crumbled away. The flooring edge may also need minor repair or sealing.

I need my banister to be sanded down and skirting boards upstairs as I am planning to re paint them.

This is to finish areas where a new wall was added, so the skirting needs to tie in seamlessly with existing boards. Scope of work: - Measure, cut, and install skirting boards in several short sections - Create clean joins with existing skirting - Cut precise 45-degree mitre corners (external corner visible) - Ensure boards sit flush against slightly uneven walls - Fill, sand, and prep for a clean, paint-ready finish Requirements: - Must have own tools (including mitre saw) - Experience with detailed finish carpentry - Strong attention to detail, especially around corners and joins - Must be confident working with slightly uneven walls and achieving a seamless result Materials: - We have skirting boards already, but happy to take advice if anything additional is needed Additional note: We’re looking for someone reliable who can complete the job to a high standard in one visit or clearly planned sessions.

Fitting skirting boards in 1 room. Materials will be provided.

Just moved into the house, purchased from the previous owner who left a significant amount of snags (as demonstrated in the photos). Nothing major required, in terms of work, just tidying up / filling gaps in skirting and detailing, levelling flooring between rooms, wardrobe patch up, gap filling etc… happy to provide further images of all items (the attached list attempts to show a general overview of examples). Joiner required to complete a full sweep of the house in terms of snagging remediation. Please note, we don’t currently have the material required.

The wooden door that goes onto my integrated dishwasher keeps coming off, I need it to be fixed on securely. I also need the kickboards underneath it to be replaced/fixed.

I need a section of the skirting board in the kitchen cut out to be able to remove the washing machine which is currently integrated so we can install a freestanding one. need the sides where it has been cut left neatly and not rough.
