Lift the laminate floor and throw away and take off skirting boards room 1 measures 11ft3 by14ft10 . Take of skirting board only in 2nd room measuring 16ft4 by3ft 6 and 7ft 6 by 3ft 2. Must have correct tools to take of the skirting boards to avoid damaging the wall. Free parking

Remove two short sections of skirting board at the back of our kitchen. The long section is approx 200cm and the short sections is approx 60cm. The corners are internal so they are scribed. One end of the shorter skirting board is behind our kitchen cabinet.

Remove existing skirting board from two perpendicular wall sections (approx. 240cm and 90cm) meeting at an internal corner, and install new skirting (full board supplied by me). Requirements: - Corner joint must be a mitred joint, angle-matched to the actual corner. - Full length flush to both wall and floor — no visible gaps behind or below. Any minor gaps to be filled/caulked, not disguised with thick sealant beads. - Old skirting removed cleanly without damaging plaster behind (patch/make good if damage occurs). - Off-cuts and debris can be left on-site, but work area to be left clean and tidy (vacuumed/swept) on completion. I need a section of the skirting board in the kitchen cut out to be able to remove the washing machine which is currently integrated so we can install a freestanding one. need the sides where it has been cut left neatly and not rough.
