Materials & Tools: Materials Provided: Skirting boards are already purchased and on-site. (Please let me know if finishing trim, caulk, or filler need to be supplied by you). Tasker to Bring: Full carpentry setup (mitre saw, nail gun/adhesive, spirit level, caulking gun, filler, caulk, sandpaper, etc.). Ideal Tasker: Strong experience in joinery, detailed trim work, and neat finishing. Meticulous attention to detail on angles and seamless caulking. Reliable, efficient, and tidy worker.

Slowly renovating whole flat, but currently require a skilled carpenter to fit some skirting boards in a small room.

Looking for an experienced carpenter to finish the following by Thursday 8th October: - Install 40m of skirting boards in 3 rooms (no removal needed). - Achieve a tidy finish ready for final painting. There are a some radiator pipes to cut around and fill/finish neatly, and a few small sections to scribe like where they run onto the beginning of the kitchen tiles. - Apply primer to the back, bottom, and any cut edges to isolate from masonry. - Install 3 door stops into the skirting boards. The floor is currently nicely ready with new OSB. Glue-down Amtico LVT will be installed by a fitter *after* skirting as per Amtico requirements.
