I have recently had engineered wood flooring fitted but there has been some gaps appear between some planks. I would like someone to see what can be done to fix the gaps before attaching skirting board (supplied) - roughly 24m

Remove existing skirting board from two perpendicular wall sections (approx. 240cm and 90cm) meeting at an internal corner, and install new skirting (full board supplied by me). Requirements: - Corner joint must be a mitred joint, angle-matched to the actual corner. - Full length flush to both wall and floor — no visible gaps behind or below. Any minor gaps to be filled/caulked, not disguised with thick sealant beads. - Old skirting removed cleanly without damaging plaster behind (patch/make good if damage occurs). - Off-cuts and debris can be left on-site, but work area to be left clean and tidy (vacuumed/swept) on completion. Please quote for labour only, based on the above.

I will provide skirting boards I just need someone to come put it on the wall of my bathroom. My bathroom size is quite small so not a lot of wall space.

I need a section of the skirting board in the kitchen cut out to be able to remove the washing machine which is currently integrated so we can install a freestanding one. need the sides where it has been cut left neatly and not rough.
