I need some wall panelling in my ground floor hallway finished, a skirting board added at the bottom of the panelling and additional panelling above the shoe cabinets. Please see photos attached. The goal is to finish the job to a neat standard and cover up some of the dodgy edging of the vinyl flooring I had installed! I will prime and paint all the panelling myself so that is not to be included in the cost.

Require removal of water damaged skirting board, and replacement. Needs to be completed before Mon 28th April (ie. works to be done Sat and Sun). Post laminate fit, now need skirting fitted, no painting required, nailed board preferred rather than glue. Photos show most of runs and corners requiring skirting with clean mitre finishes and caulked 8 pics but app might be limited to 5. Estimate 14 metres perimeter total.

Recently had a plasterer mend and patch some cracking round bottom of chimney brest and they had to remove existing skirting which snapped when removing. Replacement piece given to us and needs mitre to existing skirting already in place either side if chimney brest

7 metres of skirting board needs fitting, a new door frame and a new door in an upstairs bedroom. The old skirting board and door frame will be removed prior to the job.
