Nordictrack S40 I brought a second hand treadmill and when they took it apart to get it in the house, I think some wiring came loose. The screen is showing a battery life of 50%. I have spoken to the person who I brought it from and apparently it shouldn't be like that. I have done factory resets and followed all the steps, but there is still an issue.

I've just bought a NordicTrack GT40 treadmills have the battery life on the screen keeps going down. The machine is plugged in and works, but the screen has a battery life? I've tried resetting it and followed all the troubleshooting steps. Perhaps some wires became loose in transport? I'm not sure but need advice.

Power pack works as tested on other chair. No visible wire loom faults. Module doesn’t light up with power, nor does remote handset.
Francis knew exactly what he had to do. He checked all the circuits found the fault and repaired it. An excellent job done. A very helpful and friendly gentleman.
