Hoping someone can help me out with this board it out of a plasma cutter witch stopped working opened it up and see the burn marks on the back. I'm 80% Sutton it's the resister marked with a red circle possibly the one's circled in yellow also the black wire the rubber has cracked right next to it connection to the board. Will this need refurb?
