FR20Z FloatRide Treadmill slows and speeds up randomly when in use. Unit is under two years old and get regular use. Belt is regularly lubricated and appears to be correctly tensioned. Drive belt doesn’t appear to be slipping, variation in speed seems to be originating at the motor. Have tried cleaning the speed sensor and magnet but hasn’t improved the issue. Would like to understand what the issue is so that it can be properly looked after.

Electric recliner chair from Harvey’s. 6 years old. Required charging every few months. Battery ran out and put on charge but never charged up. Changed charging wire and still not working. Either a motor issue or most likely the battery.
