I've said service but suspect it may need a repair. Recently we experienced an issue where the machine would flash 'hot water' despite the dial not being turned that way. It occurred whilst performing a descale cycle and despite turning the dial, it didn't recognise this. Once the descale was finished/aborted the warning kept flashing. Having let the machine rest the issue went away, however we have now noticed a leak that doesn't appear to be coming from the water reserve. The machine itself seems to be ok - it steams fine, however the coffee shots being pulled are noticeably shorter (and the leak). I'm calling around for quotes - the machine is out of warranty by a year (bought 2021) Chris
