I have a fridge freezer I need to despose off

Removal and disposal of old, rotting timber decking and OSB safety boards from a 5th-floor balcony. The balcony is approx 5.7m x 2m (around 11.4 sqm). What's involved: • Lift and remove the old timber decking — roughly 40 boards (2.4m lengths, 27 x 144mm) plus the timber sub-frame/joists underneath. It's all rotting. • Remove 10 OSB boards (180cm x 60cm each) currently laid over the decking for safety. • Bag up and haul away ALL waste, disposing of it responsibly — please factor disposal/tip fees into your quote. • Leave the balcony swept and clear, ready for new decking to be installed. Access: • 5th floor flat, building has a lift, so waste can be taken down in the lift rather than the stairs. • Parking is available directly outside the building on Sundays only — so a Sunday is by far the easiest day for this job, though I have some flexibility. • Balcony is accessed through the flat, so floor/lift protection on the way out would be appreciated. Please bring your own tools (pry bars, drill/impact driver), gloves and PPE, plus bags/sheeting to contain the waste. There's roughly a van-load or two of waste in total.
