My freezer stopped working.

The motion sensor on the camera isn't triggering when it's set up and so it isn't recording any footage. When in the "test" mode the red light comes on so it is sensing movement, but when in the "on" setting it's not working. The main compartment of the washing Machine (where the clothes go in) seems to be loose and moving. The Machine is still working but it makes a very loud noise when it spins.
