Hi there, We have had a Bezzera Hobby espresso machine at home for just above a year, which we need repaired and serviced. It has developed multiple issues: the steam wand is no longer working (nothing is coming out of it and it doesn't appear to be clogged), the drip tray valve is blocked and I can't unscrew it to clean it up, the elements in the core of the machine are vibrating so much that every time I make a coffee the machine sounds like a hammer drill etc. It's a long list for a one year-old machine... We do not have a car which makes it difficult to transport, but could drive it in the boot of our scooter if need be. Thank you.
