The machine showed a "door open" error with the door actually closed, and the door wouldn't unlock at the end of the cycle. 2. While trying to open it, I damaged the door handle and latch. The handle now feels loose/broken. 3. I've managed to get the laundry out, but the machine is unusable. 4. A technician came out and diagnosed the fault, but he has since stopped replying to my messages, so I need to find another solution. Parts needed (per the previous diagnosis): • Door interlock / lock sensor (the original fault). • Door handle assembly — I believe the handle and latch come as a single unit on this model, but you'll know better.
