A 5x3meter room & skirting board to paint. A small hole to plaster/refill over. Three walls are mostly covered by doors and built in wardrobe so less wall to paint.

Paint half of a small section of wall inside a room (1.5 metres width / height). Paint part of the ceiling/wall corner. Covering up damp marks. Anti-damp paint provided (white).

Had some minor water damage to my rented apartment. Since then I have had a specialist come out check the wall get it dried with a dehumidifier, the wall is now ready for priming and painting with a small amount of filling needed where the engineer had to take a look inside the wall. I have brought all the products for the job zinsser primer the paint and the filler ready for the job. This is a rental property so I need it to look visually appealing until future work is done in the late future.

I need someone to help fix the patches on the wall. I have attached a photo.

House requires several touchups throughout. There was previously shelving and other items hung on walls. We have had all the wall hangings removed, holes filled, and partially sanded. Walls will require sanding before paint touchups to make sure walls are smooth. Note: there have been some adhesives that have left residue in the top floor / loft bedroom. We have x1 full can of paint purchased 3 years ago but never used. Should be enough!! Only require paint to cover any marks. We are not looking for a full paint job. Just enough to cover the markings. Thank you. Looking for someone who can be efficient and affordable, as this request has been sprung last minute on us by our landlord. We have already vacated the house, therefore there is no furniture whatsoever. Nice and easy!!
