The aim is to achieve a clean, neat and professional finish throughout. ### Work Required **Living Room** * Prepare and repaint the walls. * Fill and repair minor holes, cracks and imperfections where necessary. * Paint skirting boards, door frames and other relevant woodwork where required. * Ceiling painting to be discussed depending on condition. **Hallway** * Prepare and repaint the hallway walls. * Repair minor marks, cracks and damaged areas before painting. * Paint skirting boards and relevant trims/door frames where required. * Ensure a durable finish suitable for a high-traffic area. **Kitchen** * Prepare and repaint the kitchen walls. * Properly clean/degrease surfaces before painting where necessary. * Use suitable, durable and washable paint for the kitchen environment. * Paint relevant skirting, trims and woodwork where required. ### Preparation & Finish The painter will be expected to properly prepare surfaces before painting, including filling, sanding and cleaning where necessary. Floors, furniture, sockets, switches and other areas must be properly protected. The finished work should have **clean edges, even coverage and a professional finish**, with no paint left on floors, fittings or other surfaces. I need someone to carry out a quick cosmetic refresh on one timber sash window in my property. The window is generally structurally sound but looks tired and dirty. This is a purely aesthetic clean-up and touch-up job—no major structural repair or full stripping required.What needs doing:Clean: Deep-clean and scrub away the grey grime and dust built up along the inner ledge, corners, and putty line.Prep: Lightly sand the discolored putty line and horizontal ledge to remove stains and smooth out rough areas.Paint: Apply a quick white touch-up coat to the inner ledge and putty line to make it look clean and smart. I stuck up pictures on the wall using tape and glue tag. I took it off and two small parts of the wall came off and there are some stains from the glue tag

One small living room needs painting, large walls with no holes or damages. Only walls need to be painted, no skirting or ceiling. Paint provided Free of any obsticals or shifting furniture etc
