Painting and decorating the cealing of our Spa room with damp proof, plastic paint. Two coats on cealing, one with primer and other with Plastic Paint. Lao some touch ups across some other walls, not complete walls but general clean up and touch from a previous bad job.

This is a SPECIALIST job. We want someone who has and can use either Doff or Thermatec machine to steam off multiple layers of paint (including lead paint) from an 1860s building, built of soft, red brick. We can’t use jetwash or sandblasting kit - it must be one of what I’ve said and likely with chemicals beforehand. And it doesn’t need to go back to immaculate bare brick - just as close as we can to make the wall breathable, Size is 13m x 6m (two storeys) tall with 6 openings (door and windows). If you have scaffolding or a tower then great, if not we can rent for you. Must have a portfolio of similar work or references.

I have some areas that need painting and made good, a room painted, plus the bathroom resealed.

I’m looking for a painter/decorator to repair and repaint a small area of peeling paint around a bathroom. The damage seems to be caused by moisture. The rest of the flat is in good condition. We need baseboards and door frames painted in one hallway and two staircases. The floor is carpeted, making this more complicated than I can handle. The walls themselves we can paint ourselves, but I would prefer to leave the trickier part to a professional!
