This is a SPECIALIST job. We want someone who has and can use either Doff or Thermatec machine to steam off multiple layers of paint (including lead paint) from an 1860s building, built of soft, red brick. We can’t use jetwash or sandblasting kit - it must be one of what I’ve said and likely with chemicals beforehand. And it doesn’t need to go back to immaculate bare brick - just as close as we can to make the wall breathable, Size is 13m x 6m (two storeys) tall with 6 openings (door and windows). If you have scaffolding or a tower then great, if not we can rent for you. Must have a portfolio of similar work or references.

We now need someone to paint our hallway, living room and small kitchen in the next couple of weeks - paint work including walls/ceiling and woodwork. I’m looking for a painter/decorator to repair and repaint a small area of peeling paint around a bathroom. The damage seems to be caused by moisture. The rest of the flat is in good condition. We need baseboards and door frames painted in one hallway and two staircases. The floor is carpeted, making this more complicated than I can handle. The walls themselves we can paint ourselves, but I would prefer to leave the trickier part to a professional!

Ceiling needs painting, as well as above the dado rail. There are a few minor cracks that I’ve already tried to fix, but could do with a little touch up. I’ve done one coat on the ceiling, so will just need one more. The space above the dado rail will need 2.

Hi there I am looking for someone to paint our newly plastered kitchen dining room (floor and ceiling). It is 26 square metres. I will need you to come on one day to do an undercoat/ceiling and then another day to do two coats of the walls once the kitchen has been installed. Please can you provide an estimated cost. We will supply the paint.

We need our fence cleaned (probably not jet washed to not have the paint removed) and few steps at the front cleaned too. As well, we will need our back metal gate cleaned and repainted (we'll supply the paint).
