We are looking for someone to strip the paint from our stairs handrail and spindles. We have both a heat gun and chemical paint stripper. Old staircase with layers of paint from the decades of use. The spindles have some details that make it a little trickier. I would say its a good few days worth of work, but im not a professional and haven't stripped a stair handrail and spindles.

Place was recently renovated. After sometime once the heaters came on a crack appeared in the wall and there’s a stain on the ceiling that needs a patch repair.

In our bathroom we have a small bit of mould developing on the ceiling and on a skirting board. We would like this to be painted over specifically in white, mould prevention paint. - Due date: Flexible
