The chimney flue masonry is built into the party wall and is an original part of the property. Building Control Inspector would come to review the removal and support. Party wall agreement in place.

To supply and install 150mm diameter class one flexible liner for the use with all fuels with bird guard pot hanger chimney terminal. Remove the existing fireplace, break out the required opening to suite the built-in fireplace (as shown in picture) and wood burner. Fit new structural lintel and steel register plate to the underside. Fit the fireplace as shown in picture attached, install wood burner, make good to the disturbed surfaces ready for decoration, fit carbon monoxide alarm. Test, commission and issue Hetas certification. Supply class one 150mm chimney liner, register plate and pot hanger chimney terminal. Supply stove adapter to liner supply Co Alarm all Materials (except wood burner) and labour.
