I've just moved in and my hot water isn't working (electric boiler)

I need a licensed plumber to inspect and repair my Main unvented direct cylinder (hot water system). The system is not working correctly and requires professional attention. I need someone to help build a portable hot water source. I am wanting to connect an instant hot water system to a pump and shower head. The water would be coming from a water tank on wheels, either a water cooler or a water tank on dollys. It would need to be moveable as the water source to refill it is by a door. It would also need decent pressure as it will be to wash hair so a good pump is needed. Hi, I live in a tower close to Stratford station. Suddenly there is no hot water in my shower or other taps which has been working perfectly fine all along. I’m not sure if there is any issue with the HIU unit or what. Need somebody to come in and fix the problem.

Hi there, I’m having an issue with my thermostatic mixer shower. The temperature control dial isn’t working correctly – even when it’s set to “1” (cold), the water still comes out hot. Also, when I increase the water pressure using the left dial, the water suddenly becomes even hotter. I think it could be a problem with the thermostatic cartridge or water pressure imbalance. Hot water tap in bathroom not working. Water running nonstop.

Experienced HIU engineer/ boiler engineer needed. Currently only very hot water is coming through the HIU hot water unit. The hot water temperature valve head and body has failed – see picture. The heating pump was working but internal HIU actuator is not opening fully to allow heated water to convey to the ufh manifold near the HIU. Need 2 new parts: (1) a new heating actuator head and (2) new hot water valve and body. Please see attached pictures. Need this urgently done as cannot take shower at the moment since only very hot water is coming through. I will payfor the parts (including new hot water heating actuator head) but I will need you to find and get them. Job is only for experienced HIU/ heating/ boiler engineer.

Hot water has been slowly going in recent weeks, now only lukewarm. No error message on boiler, I have a Vaillant bolier. I need you to check/fix the bolier to get full hot water back. If the bolier is not the issue, I need you to check what else it could be and fix that please.

Requires qualified heating/ hiu/ hot water engineer. Hot water was initially intermittent and now has stopped flowing. Have inspected and seen there is an issue with the actuator valve. Hot water was temperamental due to the value failing to open and close fully. Job is to attend and replace the defective hot water actuator valve within the HIU , the current valve is not opening fully to allow the water to convey through to the hot water tap. You would need to complete the job and provide any parts needed including the new hot water actuator and valve. Need this urgently done within next couple of days for hot water.
