I need to replace a shower control which is resulting to a leaking shower head

**Bathroom and Ceiling Water Leak Inspection** My upstairs bathroom appears to be leaking into the kitchen ceiling below. I’m not sure where the issue is originating, so I’d like someone to inspect both the bathroom and the kitchen ceiling to identify the source of the leak. There is already some water damage to the kitchen ceiling as a result. I’d appreciate an inspection of both areas and advice on the necessary repairs. The price listed is just a guide price happy to quotes once job has been seen.

Leaking ceiling in living room - water is coming down from bathroom above. Into the living room. Need a plumber to come have a look asap.

Plumbing work required as part of a three-storey house renovation. The existing downstairs WC beside the kitchen is being converted into a laundry/utility room. The work includes removing the existing toilet and basin, altering or capping the existing connections, and providing correctly positioned water and waste connections for a washing machine.

Supply and fit a new electric shower. My temperature/thermostat isn’t working and I can’t get the shower anything other than hot.

Job is in Buxton not Glossop. Tried to correct but defaults back to Glossop!! Silicon on shower tray not working. Whole shower tray needs resealing.

Replace an Aqualisa bar mixer shower and its riser rail with a Mira dual head mixer and riser. New Mira shower already purchased but it isn't a perfect like for like swap, and looks beyond my ability. New shower is on Screwfix - 325FR.

the metal part that joins the toilet seat lid to the toilet is broken and needs replacing.

Kitchen sink currently sits in an island. I want the sink at the window instead so need pipes moved

New dishwasher installation but area is not ready. It needs plumbing and electrical (and probably needs cupboard alteration). Hoping only minimal alteration on the existing cupboard

My electric shower I got fitted in December keeps going hot and cold and power light flashing

Bath tap is trickling hot water, the cold is fine (it's a mixer tap) and the bathroom sink hot tap is fine, water pressure is also fine. I assume it's localised to the tap, I had a look inside the tap but couldn't access the washer. Proabably a straight forward fix but need some help. Another job is to replace our shower handle; I can't find the make anywhere and keep buying the wrong size! Happy to discuss price etc. No idea at this stage.

My shower needs the sealant removing and to be resealed to prevent leaks. I have set a budget but am not aware of the price so m flexible on this
