To organise and tidy and clean a bedroom which is very disorganised

I have a few cleaning products but not all. I think our issue is that we’re messy and the apartment is small so we just want our clothes organised and the space declutterred as well. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a small bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Literally shouldn’t take longer than 3.5 hours, my general cleaner takes 1 hour 15 minutes to do it on a fortnightly basis.

Am going dump all my clothes on the bed ;they should please fold them and arrange them in the drawers . Put the winter on hangers and hung , the windowsill cleaned , bedding changed; tidy under the bed pls , vacuum the floors, tidy and wipe inside the drawers, book shelf tidy and wiped , shoes away nicely ; summer clothes put away in suitcase. The apartment building had a very bad fire last week. Our flat did not catch fire, but was damaged by the water from extinguishing the fire in the building. The inspectors will allow us to go in very quickly tomorrow to take photos and grab a few things. I need help to quickly put some items that weren't damaged into bags and getting them to the airbnb that I am staying in temporarily. I do not expect that I'll be able to gather more than 5 large shopping bags of items, but given that the inspectors do not want us to be in there long, I would like help in gathering the few items that can be salvaged and getting them down the stairs and loaded into an uber. We have access at 11am and assuming we will have to vacate by 11:30am. The airbnb is about a 15 min car ride away. I will need help to unload and bring the bags inside. But that is the full job.

Kitchen care: - Change the black odour remover in food waste bin once every few months - Check in cupboard under the sink if anything is running low - wood floor cleaner, fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid etc.
