Our garden hasn't been looked after and we haven't done anything since moving in. We have decking and concrete with weeds growing through and a lot of leaves/mulch to clear. The garden was landscaped approximately four years ago; however, several elements were poorly designed and constructed and now require rectification. Raised Planter The raised planter does not have adequate drainage or water outlets, causing rainwater to stagnate. This needs to be assessed and a suitable drainage solution installed. Water Feature One of the feature tiles has detached and requires repair. The water feature was not constructed with a proper reservoir/tub, resulting in water draining directly into the trough rather than recirculating. It is likely beyond economical repair and may need to be removed or redesigned. Garage Wall The large brown brick garage wall feels visually plain. We would like ideas for creating an attractive focal point, such as a built-in seating area, timber slats, decorative screening, planting, or another modern landscape feature. We would be happy to arrange a site visit or discuss the project over the phone to review the existing issues and hear your recommendations on how the space can be improved both functionally and aesthetically.

Need soil and sand moved form other parts pf garden to backfill area.

I need a grass area (5m x 4m) dug up (nothing else needed once grass has been removed). Picture is attached for an example. The area is plain grass right now. No swing set is there right now .

A small front drive area need landscaping fabrics laid down to stop feeds coming back. I will provide the fabric. There are already some landscaping rocks that will need be moved first to prepare the area for laying the landscaping fabric down and then putting the rocks back on.

One branch removed. Low level. No need for climbing tree. Branch is approx 10 cm thick. You can see it in the photos going out to the left. You can work standing on the ground as the branch is low level. Once cut down the branch is to be sawn into smaller pieces. Bring own saw.

We need probably one person for two days or two people for one to move concrete that we’ve broken up from the garden to the front of the house (no room for a wheelbarrow so by hand in garden bags) and then move gravel and sand back down as well as dig a bit of a trench if there’s time

I have about 20 shrubs, plants to be removed from their pots etc to place in beds. Then the empty spaces are to be mulched. Beds are in the attached image.
