After I paid landscaper in full he walked off the job. Now need this finished.. if anyone can help.

I’d like to discuss a price for landscaping. I have a shared garden and I’d like to discuss options and pricing. Ideally looking for a quote with a breakdown on cost for separate elements, for example; a cost for paving, fitting a recessed man hole cover, laying turf etc but ideally looking for all elements of the job to be completed at once. I live in a flat so no side access but I am happy to do all the heavy lifting to get materials up and down into the garden so you just have to turn up for the work. I have a shed that is 6.7m x 3.7m. The space to each side is 1m from the shed to the fence and at the back its 0.6m from the shed to the fence. I would like ground preparation (have recently had the ivy removed and weed killer added), I have weed membrane and damp proof membrane then paving stones need to be added so that nothing can grow as have had loads of IVY removed from the space. Please quote in terms of labour only. There is no side access to the back of the house so all materials will need to go through the house. I want to have the area be low maintenance for me.
