I am enquiring about cost and availability for interior clean plus windows (inside and outside) for a residential property in Fulham SW6. Standard / surface clean of the property interiors. I had builders in ’til July - they brought in a cleaner at the end of their work who did a good job so it’s not a post-builders clean - but since they finished I’ve been coming and going, plus gardeners and a painter - so the place needs a general clean before I have it photographed on 22nd September to rent. It is an unfurnished property comprised of: * double reception room * kitchen * small utility room * small WC * bathroom * 2 standard bedrooms * 1 small bedroom / study I can send a floor plan / video walk-through for reference. It just needs a general clean across the board - floors hoovered and mopped, light fittings dusted, counters cleaned, sanitary ware cleaned. The appliances are all new / unused except the fridge. The cupboards are all either new or recently painted and just need a good dusting. Standard clean of the sanitary ware - shower, bath, sinks etc have been used a few times and need a clean but nothing too crazy. You would need to provide the cleaning materials and equipment, except the kitchen / utility room counters which require a special cleaning product which I will provide.
