Job is to wire a small children’s lamp which currently has no wiring/bulb. This is a night light, so need a v small, warm bulb (orange or yellow) which doesn’t get too hot, and a wire with in line switch and plug attached. Plain white is fine but if there are other options I’d like to see, as it’s a vintage lamp. I’m happy to order materials, or this quote could be for materials included.

My lamp sometimes switches on, most of the time it doesn’t. It is operated by a switch. When it does switch on after a while it frickles and then switches off. I tried changing the bulb but it doesn’t make any difference. It’s a halogen lamp. We think this happens because the bulb heats up.
