Install a chandelier that weighs less than 20 kg in the staircase ceiling. The ceiling is up to 4 m above the stairs but can be reached from the landing (2.40m in height) The actual chandelier is approximately 50cm tall and 30 cm in diameter. Wiring is already in place. We would like it done asap.
