Hi there! I need a local handyman to help fix a specific, tricky component on an already-assembled Primal Performance V2 Half Rack in Kingston upon Thames. The gym rack is 99% fully built. The only job is fitting the spring pop-pins into the overhead rotating pull-up handles. The Challenge: The overhead steel frame is a completely enclosed box section. To fit the pin, a solid metal locking block has to be pushed in blindly from the back of the handle slider block, lined up perfectly with the internal tracks, and then held steady while the spring-knob head is screwed onto it from the front. What is needed: It requires a bit of patience, a steady hand, and a thin tool or guide wire (like string, a long thin screw, or thin pliers) to prevent the block from slipping inside the enclosed frame.The heavy lifting is completely done; it is just a fiddly alignment job.It shouldn't take more than 15 to 20 minutes for someone with the right approach. Gym flooring to be laid, including prepping the existing floor. Area is not massive, 5m x 2.7m. I will supply tiles.

I have an order of exercise equipment with the main items being a rep PR 5000 rack and rep Arcadia. Also have some adjustable dumbbells and adjustable bench and a few other smaller items. Need the main ones installed and securely bolted into floor if need be. Installation is in my garage on ground floor.

Need to wall mount/secure 2 kettlebell wall hooks, 1 storage hook, 2 angled dumbbell storage racks, 1 wooden wall bar and securing a cable machine to a column The wall bars will go on a wall that has plywood backing all the way across. The storage hooks will go on that wall too. The 2 kettlebell storage hooks will go on the wall with plasterboard so we would need to figure out the best way to mount these. Could installing a 185cm X 75cm oak veneered birch plywood board for these to be mounted on be an option? Or an alternative option. Please quote accordingly The 2 angled dumbbell storage racks are secured to the wall at the top and bolted to the floor at the bottom. The flooring is 15mm rubber gym tiles. These would go on a plasterboard wall as well. Can that be done as most of the load travels vertically to the floor The oak cable machine needs to secure to the green column at the top.The previous builders fitted a plywood board at the top for this purpose.
