Protective cord has come away from the pulley on my Hilary blind and needs replacing. At the moment, the metal pulley is exposed. blind cords can likely be replaced by loosening the mechanism, threading a new cord, tying knots at both ends, and trimming excess. I do not have another cord, so this would need to be purchased for replacement.
