We have a garden fence which was done without placing a panel for a gate, which has cut access to the garden from outside. I’ll need the space measured and a gate fit.

The one gate needs a panel repaired or replaced as it’s damaged. The other needs a post stabilised and the gaps in the panels filled/fixed. Both need to be repainted black.

We have an outside corrugated roof about 5 m wide by 3 m deep. It is currently covered with corrugated cheating but it is leaking and it needs to be replaced. I'm not sure what the condition of the beams underneath is like. We also need new flashing chased into the wall as believe some of the leak is coming from the fact that the flashing has deteriorated. We would need to have the new corrugated sheeting supplied, ideally strong enough to say that it can be walked on if needed.

Front garden gate: One of the gate posts is rotten and has broken off at the base. This is resulting in the fence partially leaning forward. Post needs replacing or needs some other solution so the gate shuts and to ensure the latch aligns so it actually catches and keeps the gate closed. Back garden door is completely off the hinges. The posts seem OK but the hinges fell off. This will also need 2 lockable latches (top and bottom) to be fitted so we can use padlocks to secure it.

Prepare the wrap around garden railing prior to painting it. Same for two front gates. One gate photo is enclosed but note there are two which need to be painted please. Wire brush followed by sanding followed by degrease/wash then 1 coat primer 2 coats paint applied.

Repair broken gate hinge. The lower hinge of the orchard gate has fallen off. It needs to be reinserted. We may need to add a little more wood to the gatepost in order to do this.

The current Yale lock to a garden gate which opens on the right is not lining up or opening correctly. Fyi the lock is fitted upside down. I need the lock to be replaced.
