Back yard wooden gate is rotten and needs replacing.

The back gate (tall) is sticking. It needs readjusting. It’s dropped slightly, The lock is not aligned. Fit a new Yale type lock and 2 new bolts (I will buy) Ensure that the gate will open and close freely.

The side gate has dropped not sure if it can be rehung or will need replacing ,lock on the front door change or replace ,shelves hanging ,front wall the end needs tiding up ,shower silicone worm away needs re sealing

I need someone to re-secure the wooden frame (the latching post) for my back gate, which was pulled away from the wall during a recent storm. The Details: • The Damage: The screws/rawl plugs on the latch side have come out of the wall. The old holes are crumbled/blown out, so the post cannot simply be screwed back into the same spots. • The Fix: You will need to drill new holes into both the pebble dash wall and the wooden frame to secure it tightly in a fresh position. • The Wall: Exterior pebble dash. • The Gate: Standard size wooden gate. The gate itself (hinge side) is fine, and the lock aligns broadly well with the frame, though you may need to check the alignment as you fix the post. Tasker to Provide: • Masonry drill and bits suitable for pebble dash/brick. • Heavy-duty exterior wall plugs and screws.

My garden gate is bowing and sagging. The vertical boards have bowed and there is sagging on the latch side. Looks like diagnal braces need to be added and maybe a tension rod.

Front gate needs to be fixed. Both side screws are coming out and need to be replaced. Both timber plinth also needs to be replaced on either side. The gate currently has to be lifted to open and close.

Our garden gate is located between two stone walls. The wall on the side with the latch has shifted and the gate will no longer close. The solution is to grind away the wall on the other side where the two hinges are fitted, in order to set the gate back about 1cm.
