Our garden gate needs repairing - the wood on the right hand side has rotted, meaning the door no longer closes. In the recent storm it has been banging and dislodged the brick in the wall the frame is fixed to.

The gate to our backyard moves due to the weather causing it to expand/contract. This movement makes the lock too short to hook into the strike plate. I think the gate hinges need adjustment so the gate fully closes and doesn't swing open. See the photos.
