We would like a quote to at get some turf on the centre patio and the soil area  around edges ( whole second level) - It’s about 25sq metres in total- please quote price to fit and a separate price for supply and fit. our budget is about £7 per square metre for supply (40mm minimum pile) . My Suggestion would be to put the grass with a drainage membrane on top of the patio, which currently has zero drainage issues.

To prepare a garden surface that is already clear, requires a tiny amount of levelling and a small amount of weeding, with a topsoil sub base and then lay turf. Top soil and turf supplies. Just needs laying. Roughly 150 square meters. Rough area in yellow outline on picture. Also a new path (10m long path) raking out and top dressing with new stones, new gate posts to be cemented in at bottom of path at hedge and gate hanging. Stones and gate to be provided.

Need old turf taking out. I will supply top soil That will need putting on old soil. Then maybe a few days later turf to be out down. I can provide the turf too if needed. Open to quotes with your top soil and turf.

To remove an existing lawn due to being on a former brickwork site and the top soil is very light. A key requirement is to improve/replace the top soil which doesn't hold water very well and the lawn needs almost daily watering. Then to returf. The overall area is about 600 sq ft or 55 sq m. There is good access at the property front and good access to the rear garden.
